In response to the current coronavirus situation, the Jackson Municipal Complex building will be closed for all walk-in customer transactions until further notice. We will continue to work regular hours but we are taking steps to reduce potential issues that arise with face-to-face contact. You may reach the business office at (803) 471-2228.
Water bills and traffic tickets can be paid online at www.jackson-sc.gov, by mail, or through the drop box located at the Jackson Municipal Complex. Water payments can be also be made by phone (803) 393-3300.
Dominion Energy payments can be made by check or money order by mail or the drop box located at the Jackson Municipal Complex. You MUST include your Dominion Energy payment slip or account number with payment.
Business License and Hospitality Tax payments and inquiries should call the business office at (803)471-2228.
Call 911 for Fire, EMS, or Police related emergencies. For non-emergencies requiring assistance, please contact the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center at (803) 648-6811 and an officer will be dispatched to your location.

The South Carolina Forestry Commission has issued a State Forester's Burning Ban for all counties, effective on Tuesday, April 7 at 6 am until further notice.
